When you contact us

The contact form collects your name, email address, and message. We use this information to read and respond to your inquiry and manage related correspondence. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Messages are delivered to our contact mailbox through Cloudflare’s email service and processed by our email provider. The website’s abuse-prevention database does not store message contents. Emailing us directly also shares your email address and the information you include in your message.

Website operation and spam protection

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security services. Requests to the website involve technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and request details.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. When the contact page loads, Turnstile processes browser and device signals; when you submit, our server sends your verification token and IP address to Cloudflare for validation. To limit repeated submissions, our application stores a protected, hashed representation of your IP address with an attempt count and expiration time, rather than the raw address. It also stores a shared daily sending counter. Our application does not log message contents, verification tokens, or raw IP addresses. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not include advertising trackers or audience analytics. We do not use your contact message to subscribe you to marketing. Cloudflare’s security services process technical information as described above; their privacy information explains their use of browser technologies.

How long information is kept

Contact correspondence may remain in our mailbox and its backups. Retention depends on the inquiry, any ongoing relationship, and applicable recordkeeping needs. You can contact us to request deletion.

IP-based rate counters expire at the end of a ten-minute window, and the shared sending counter expires at the end of the UTC day. Expired records are removed when the next qualifying form submission is processed; expiration does not mean immediate deletion from storage or provider backups.

Service providers

Information is processed by the hosting, security, and email services used to operate this website and respond to you. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. This website has no feature that sells contact information or shares it with advertising networks.

Your choices and questions

You can browse without submitting the form. If you prefer not to use Turnstile to send an inquiry, you can email us directly.

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us, email contact@glitchedstar.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
